Stellantis CEO says firm wants further U.S. battery vegetation

BILLY-BERCLAU, France – Stellantis will want one and even two further giant factories for electrical automobiles batteries in the US to achieve its output targets, the corporate’s chief govt, Carlos Tavares, mentioned on Tuesday.

Talking to journalists on the inauguration of a so-called gigafactory in northern France, Tavares mentioned the Franco-Italian carmaker would wish extra related vegetation in North America, the place it already introduced plans for 2 websites.
